We All Have Mental Health, and it plays a crucial role in our daily lives, influencing how we think, feel, and interact with others. Mental health affects everyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances. Just like physical health, our emotional wellbeing requires ongoing attention, understanding, and care. By recognizing the importance of mental health, we can take proactive steps to manage stress, build resilience, and create a supportive environment for ourselves and those around us.

You can’t tell how someone feels just by looking at them or what they share online. From the outside, someone’s life may appear perfect, even when the reality is quite different. We often present our best selves to the world while hiding our struggles.

Social media especially creates this illusion — we see carefully curated highlights of others’ lives while experiencing the full spectrum of our own emotions. This disconnect can make us feel isolated in our struggles.

Everyday Feelings vs. Overwhelming Emotions

Normal Emotional Fluctuations

Just like physical health, we all have mental health. It encompasses our feelings, thoughts, emotions, and moods. Feeling down, angry, or stressed is a normal part of life — just as it’s normal to feel happy, confident, and carefree at other times.
